Raising Up Church Leaders in Remote Communities

Training leaders and partnering with churches
Church communities spread across the islands of Vanuatu, and many of them are difficult to access. Transport between islands is often limited to small boats or expensive and irregular flights. That’s why local church leadership is vital; churches need leaders raised up from their communities and supported to share God’s love in word and deed.
What is the Vanuatu church partnership?
Our local partners in the Conference of Churches of Christ in Vanuatu enhance the leadership capacity of local churches by upskilling pastors and supporting ministry training for students. Additionally, they provide a Chaplain at Londua Technical College and support church communities after natural disasters.
What is the impact of this project?
Londua Technical College has developed an excellent reputation for high standards of training. It offers academic and vocational studies to residents of the island of Ambae. Your support aids students through the provision of a Chaplain at the college.
